Sonexa Superlink Service is a powerful cloud platform for the centralized collection, decryption, and provision of consumption data from modern smart metering systems. The service supports the reception of metering data via Wireless M-Bus / OMS®, Sontex Radio, and LoRaWAN® and enables reliable processing of the collected consumption information.

The platform provides easy import of devices and AES encryption keys via the Sonexa KeyXchange service or alternatively through XML and CSV files. Global AES keys can also be stored to efficiently manage the decryption of consumption data.

Flexible reading profiles are available for providing metering data, with weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual transmission options. Data can either be transferred automatically to a server via sFTP or integrated into existing systems using a powerful Measurement API. This makes the service suitable for both smaller installations and large-scale smart metering projects.

Consumption data is stored for each customer in a separate database within Europe for up to two years, meeting high standards for data protection and security. The service also includes customer account setup and configuration, individual online training, access to online documentation, a free Superlink C Gateway, and a three-month trial of the Sonexa Superlink Service.
